SHIPPING & RETURNS
For the holiday season all order placed December 9th or later will have an extended return period through January 11th.
All items will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges will have a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders under $50. Online orders over $50 dollars will enjoy FREE SHIPPING! Items in stock will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Do you need faster shipping? Please call us at 801-298-0401 and we will be happy to accommodate you if possible (additional charges will apply). If we do not have your item in stock, we will let you know within 48 hours via email.
If you would like to exchange an item, the best way to do this is to return the original item, and place a new order for the correct item. Returned items will still be assigned the $7.99 shipping label fee if a pre-paid label is used.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed more than 14 days after purchase.
- Tags must be attached to clothing item.
- Washed or worn items, including those with stains or wear, are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
- “Sale” items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more. Return shipping for returns or exchanges is paid by the customer.

If you choose to return your purchase, please return your item to the address below, and we will refund your original payment source.
** Due to the nature of us being a small family boutique, we can only ship out three long formals per order to insure that there is still a selection in-store and online for all of our customers. Any additional formals will be refunded from the order. We appreciate your understanding and love!
